O Dialogue Centre
Naším hlavným poslaním je:
- prispievať k rozvoju kultúry dialógu naprieč spoločnosťou, medzi ľuďmi, ale aj v kultúre vládnutia,
- vytváranie podmienok pre dialóg, spoluprácu a vzájomné učenie - systematicky skvalitňovať formy spolupráce a dialógu vlád, občanov a súkromného sektora, ako aj rôznych iných medzi-sektorových a medzi-úrovňových spoluprác a maximalizovať tak potenciál dosahovania kolektívnej inteligencie, inovácie, múdrejších riešení a ľudskejších vzťahov.
Pre naplnenie tohto poslania sa zameriavame na organizáciu a facilitáciu platforiem pre dialóg a spoluprácu, sieťovanie, mobilizovanie a budovanie kapacít v participatívnom lídertve, facilitácii a dialógu ako aj manažment zmeny.
Dialogue Centre n. o. bolo založené v roku 2018 s aktívnym pôsobením od roku 2019. Organizácia sídli v srdci Slovenska, v Banskej Bystrici, no pôsobíme aj medzinárodne. Pri našom vzniku stála naša staršia „sestra“, UK CEE DIALOGUE CENTRE so sídlom v Londýne, ktorá sa prevažne zaoberá aplikáciou dialógových nástrojov pri riešení problematík ako napr. Brexit, či situácií vyplývajúcich z dopadov Brexitu.
About Dialogue Centre
Our main mission is:
- to contribute to the development of the culture of dialogue across society, among people, but equally in the culture of governance,
- to create conditions for dialogue, cooperation and mutual learning – to systematically improve the quality of cooperation and dialogue between the governments, the citizens and the private sector, as well as to foster the cooperation between various sectors and levels of organizations in order to maximize the potential of attaining collective intelligence, innovation, wiser solutions and more human relationships.
To fulfill this mission, we focus on organizing and facilitating platforms for dialogue and cooperation, mobilization and capacity building in the fields of participatory leadership, facilitation and dialogue as well as change management.
We have founded Dialogue Centre n. o. in 2018 and have effectively launched our activities in 2019. Our headquarters are located at the heart of Slovakia, in the town of Banská Bystrica, but we also operate on an international level. The birth of our organization was accompanied by our „sister“-organization, UK CEE DIALOGUE CENTRE headquartered in London, which mainly specializes in the application of dialogue-related instruments to solving such issues as Brexit or situations emerging from Brexit’s impact.
