She comes from Banská Bystrica and earned her law degree at Comenius University in Bratislava. After her master's studies she completed a 9-month internship at the Czech Women's Lobby in Prague, working as an assistant project manager on the project “Defending Women's Rights in the Czech Republic”, which started her career in the non-profit sector. She has been the director of Dialogue Centre since 2022.

He studied philosophy at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava but soon moved on to work as a programmer and analyst. After 1989 he founded a software company, which he ran for about 25 years until his retirement. The company's projects were shaped by his interest in research and the social sciences. Today he devotes his time to his family, ski touring, literature, philosophy and tai chi.

Michaela Beran Sladkayová comes from Nitrianske Sučany but settled in Banská Bystrica during her university studies. From a young age she was involved in community life, which led her to study andragogy at the Faculty of Education of Matej Bel University, where she completed all three degrees. During her studies she volunteered and worked at the University Pastoral Centre.

Junior coordinator of events and workshops. He makes sure every event is in line with the organisation's values. A psychologist by training, he focuses mainly on social and human-rights topics.

She comes from Košice and gained her technical education first in Brno and later in Košice. She studied bioinformatics at Masaryk University and then completed a master's degree in artificial intelligence and machine learning at the Technical University of Košice. In our team she looks after content and social media and is also our technical backbone – she keeps improving our website, adds new features and promptly solves every technical challenge.
