In March 2022 a smaller awareness-raising meeting took place to present the upcoming curriculum
of the Participatory Women Leaders training programme.
The target group was mainly women working in local government and potential participants of the planned pilot training.
The aim was not only to inform but also to gather feedback, which helped fine-tune the final version of the curriculum.
The discussion showed interest in further education in participatory and women’s leadership.
