Slovak workshop – Barriers to women's participatory leadership

On 10 February 2022 a Slovak awareness-raising workshop took place on the barriers to participatory leadership.
Almost 30 women met on Zoom to discuss the challenges women face in Slovakia.

3. Discussion – in groups and in plenary

The shared stories and group discussions confirmed the need to educate women in inclusive and participatory leadership.
